RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return & Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to make a return you must let us know within 14 days of receiving your goods, stating the reason for returning. Please Email returns to returns@wolftitan.co.uk;

  • Goods must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached;

  • We can only offer refunds onto the original payment method used when you made the order;

  • Exchanges are not part of our returns policy;

  • Return postage to be paid for by customer (this will not be refunded);

  • Please keep hold of any proof of postage until you have been refunded correctly;

  • We will be in touch once we have received your returned item(s) and process your refund within 14 days of receiving them (excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays).

EXCHANGES

We currently don't offer exchanges. To make our returns process work as smoothly as possible, we only offer refunds.

FAULTY ITEMS

We're sorry to hear you have received a faulty item. We try our best to check every item that we send, but occasionally the rare few do get past us!

Please email us the following info to returns@wolftitan.co.uk:

  • Your Order Number (in the subject box);

  • Item Name/description;

  • Attach the original order invoice (this will be in your order confirmation email), alternatively, you can scan or photograph the paper invoice from your order.

 

Along with photos that show:

  • The fault as clearly as possible;

  • A Full-length photo of the item.

Don't worry about sending your faulty item back to us, just keep hold of it until we’ve been in touch with you.

How can I return an item?

To return an item please email returns@wolftitan.co.uk

  • Put your order number in the Subject box;

  • State the reason for returning;

  • Attach the original order invoice (this will be in your order confirmation email), alternatively, you can scan or photograph the paper invoice from your order;

  • Once we have received your email we will respond and tell you what to do next.
